Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mason and Daly. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days on top of the estimated delivery date for processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide options for Regular, Express shipping through Canada Post and FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not ship to a P.O. box.
Shipment Locations
Mason and Daly ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Europe.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mason and Daly is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Mason and Daly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted for refund, within one month of receipt of purchase. Returns for refund will only be approved once received by Mason & Daly in the same condition as they were sent. Mason & Daly will not cover cost of shipping on returned for refund goods. Goods returned for exchange, will be credited back to the customer less shipping costs Goods returned for exchange, will be credited back to the customer less shipping costs.
Returns due to defects in manufacture or workmanship: Mason & Daly will refund or replace the item at Mason & Daly's discretion.
