Herbin Favourite Wax "Wick-Sticks".  Light the wick and dribble drops of wax from about 6 inches above the paper in a 1 inch circle.  Wait 5 seconds, then gently press the seal to the wax. It sets almost instantly. Don't squish too hard!  Pick from available colours.
