Herbin Sealing Wax, 4 sticks per box.  Use a flame to melt the wax off the stick onto the paper, or break off small bits and melt in a spoon to pour on the paper in a 1 inch circle.  Wait 5 seconds, then gently press the seal to the wax. It sets almost instantly. Don't squish too hard!   Pick from available colours.
